A Legacy Built
On the Road

In 2008, Umesh Prasad founded Star Dynamic Service as a proprietorship firm in Dankuni, West Bengal — starting with a few trucks and a reputation for keeping his word. Over the years, he built a name trusted by manufacturers and distributors across eastern India.

In 2023, his son Upkar Kumar — a postgraduate in Sociology and former UPSC aspirant — joined the family trade and brought a modern operations mindset to a legacy of trust. In July 2025 he founded a new company, Star Dynamic Logistics India Pvt Ltd, with its own fleet, its own customer contracts and its own technology team — and set it to work building the software the industry had never written for itself. Today, Star Dynamic is a family legacy powered by a next-generation approach.

2008

Star Dynamic Service Founded

Umesh Prasad starts a proprietorship in Dankuni, Hooghly — Kolkata to North Bengal routes with a handful of trucks and a handshake guarantee.

2014

PAN India Expansion

Operations expand to North-East India, Bihar, Odisha, and long-haul corridors to Mumbai and Chennai. The fleet grows steadily.

2023

Upkar Kumar Joins the Firm

Second-generation leader Upkar Kumar joins the family business, bringing fresh energy and modern systems thinking to day-to-day operations.

2025

A New Company is Founded

Upkar founds Star Dynamic Logistics India Pvt Ltd on 26 July 2025 — a new entity with its own fleet, its own customer contracts and its own in-house technology team.

Every Lorry Receipt moves through a 7-step pipeline — booking to loaded to in-transit to POD to settlement. You always know where your consignment is and what comes next.

Tracking on Hired Trucks, Not Just Ours

Our own trucks carry GPS. But most loads move on a hired truck — and those have no device to track. StarPort tracks them through the driver's SIM instead, on consent, so a market vehicle is as visible on the map as one of our own. Very few operators can tell you where a hired truck is right now. We can.

Live Party & Supplier Ledgers

Every advance, invoice, deduction, and TDS entry on a running per-party ledger. Balance requests get answered in seconds, not days.

Receipts & Payment Advice — Email + WhatsApp

When we receive your payment, you get a receipt by email. When we release a supplier advance, the truck owner gets a WhatsApp message and an email intimation the same minute. No “did you get it?” calls, ever.

Dual-entity bookkeeping across Logistics (12% FCM) and Express (5% RCM). GSTR-1 filings, 194C TDS tracking, and HSN 996601 invoices are all one report away.

Approval Trail & Audit Log

Every financial action — payment approval, expense, invoice release — has an identity and a timestamp. Separation-of-duties enforced: nobody approves their own request.
