Our Story

A Legacy Built
On the Road

In 2008, Umesh Prasad founded Star Dynamic Service as a proprietorship firm in Dankuni, West Bengal — starting with a few trucks and a reputation for keeping his word. Over the years, he built a name trusted by manufacturers and distributors across eastern India.

In 2023, his son Upkar Kumar — a postgraduate in Sociology and former UPSC aspirant — joined the firm and brought a modern operations mindset to a legacy of trust. In 2025, Upkar took the vision further by incorporating the business as Star Dynamic Logistics India Pvt Ltd, scaling the fleet to 40+ vehicles, building a professional team, and expanding routes PAN India. Today, Star Dynamic is a family legacy powered by a next-generation approach.

2008

Star Dynamic Service Founded

Umesh Prasad starts a proprietorship in Dankuni, Hooghly — Kolkata to North Bengal routes with a handful of trucks and a handshake guarantee.

2014

PAN India Expansion

Operations expand to North-East India, Bihar, Odisha, and long-haul corridors to Mumbai and Chennai. The fleet grows steadily.

2023

Upkar Kumar Joins the Firm

Second-generation leader Upkar Kumar joins the family business, bringing fresh energy and modern systems thinking to day-to-day operations.

2025

Incorporated as Pvt Ltd

Upkar incorporates the business as Star Dynamic Logistics India Pvt Ltd — professionalising operations, building a dedicated team, and investing in technology.

Dual-entity bookkeeping across Logistics (12% FCM) and Express (5% RCM). GSTR-1 filings, 194C TDS tracking, and HSN 996601 invoices are all one report away.

Every financial action — payment approval, expense, invoice release — has an identity and a timestamp. Separation-of-duties enforced: nobody approves their own request.
